These terms apply when you create a ForaStack account or use our website or API. By using ForaStack you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your password and two-factor codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account and API keys.
- One person or business per account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, money laundering or to break these terms.
- You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
2. Wallet and funding
- Your wallet holds a balance in US dollars. You fund it with cryptocurrency through our payment partner. A funding fee may apply and is always shown before you pay.
- A deposit is credited only after the payment is confirmed. Underpaid or flagged payments may need manual review.
- Wallet balance is for buying on ForaStack. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another account or exchanged for cash, except where the law requires otherwise.
3. Products and prices
- Each product shows its region, and some show a server or platform. Check that it matches your account or device before you buy; region-locked products may not work elsewhere.
- Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
- Codes and top-ups are provided by the issuing brands. Their own terms apply once you redeem.
4. Orders and delivery
- For top-ups you must enter the correct player ID (and server, where asked). We check it where the game allows, but you are responsible for the details you submit.
- Codes appear on your order page. Keep them private: anyone with a code can redeem it.
- If we cannot deliver, the amount is refunded to your wallet automatically. See the Refund Policy.
5. Plans
Paid plans are billed from your wallet for the period you choose. Auto-renew is optional and charges your wallet at the end of each period. You can turn it off at any time; your plan stays active until the period ends.
6. Reseller API
API access follows these terms and the API documentation. Keep keys secret, respect rate limits and do not resell in a way that misleads customers about who you are.
7. Things you must not do
- Use stolen funds, or accounts that are not yours.
- Try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits.
- Use ForaStack for anything illegal, including money laundering or sanctions evasion.
8. Liability
We work hard to deliver every order correctly, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email.
