This policy explains what data we collect when you use ForaStack, why we collect it, and how you can control it. We collect only what we need to run the service safely.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, country and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Security data: sign-in times, IP addresses, device and browser details, and two-factor settings. We use these to protect your account.
- Orders and wallet: what you buy, player IDs and other details you enter for delivery, deposits, and wallet movements.
- Messages: what you send us through support or the contact form.
- API use: requests made with your API keys and the webhook URL you set.
Why we use it
- To create your account, process deposits, deliver orders and give refunds.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal duties.
- To send service emails such as receipts, security alerts and plan reminders. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share data only as needed to deliver the service: our payment processor for deposits, the suppliers that fulfil your orders (for example a player ID for a top-up), and the companies that host our servers and send our email. We never sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: one to keep you signed in, and one to remember light or dark mode. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order records while your account is open, and afterwards for as long as the law requires for accounting and fraud prevention. Security logs are kept for a limited time.
Your choices
- You can see and update your profile in your dashboard.
- You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or account deletion by emailing support@forastack.com. Some records (such as completed transactions) may have to be kept by law.
Security
We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive values such as codes and keys, two-factor authentication, and strict access controls for our team.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the bottom of this page shows the latest version.
