Genshin Impact top-up: your UID, server and character name explained
A Genshin Impact top-up asks for your UID, your server and your character name. Here is where to find each one and how to tell your server from your UID.

Genshin Impact top-ups go straight to your account using three details: your UID, your server and your character name. You can find all three in the game.
Your UID
Your UID is the nine or ten digit number in the bottom-right corner of the screen while you play. You can also see it in the Paimon menu, under your profile.
Your server
Genshin Impact has four main servers: America, Europe, Asia and TW/HK/MO. You chose one when you created the account, and it is shown on the server selection on the login screen.
A quick trick: on most accounts the first digit of the UID gives away the server. 6 is usually America, 7 Europe, 8 Asia and 9 TW/HK/MO.
Your character name
This is your in-game nickname, shown in the Paimon menu. Type it exactly as it appears.
